I got eaten alive by bed bug here and It took over a weekto hear back from a manager about the issue. I understand it takes time for inspectors to come.

However I expect better customer service when a customer (who has stayed at this location 3+ times) reports bed bugs AND sends photos/doctor notes to a manager email (which I confirmed they received) in addition to many follow up phone calls. I am very disappointed about this incident because it really is the best hotel in Corpus Christi.

I was eventually told I'll be refunded. However, I feel it is mostly because I had to call and ask for it myself.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

If you don't mind me asking, what room did you stay in? The reason I ask is because we stayed at the Omni four days ago and my wife and I are experiencing the same issue.

You sure they are bug bites? Looks very atypical. Are they confined to just that area on your back?
