I stayed at Omni Altanta during a conference in Dec 2017. I was charged appropriately for my 5 night stay.

Additionally, I was charged a random sum of just over 600USD sometime during my stay. This was not acccompanied by any invoice. I was not aware of this until after I checked out. 1) I called the hotel 4 times (internationally) and spoke to someone each time who was 'helpful' and reassured me the finance dept would call me back (they did not).

2) I wrote to the centre OMNI hotel guest relations team twice. Got a reply after 10 days the first time around telling me the hotel would contact me within 48 hours. A week later, I have had to contact them again. I've copied the parts of my bank statement which illustrate the problem.

Im getting very frustrated. I havent even gotten to speak to anyone who understands what my actual problem is.
