I stayed at Omni Altanta during a conference in Dec 2017.I was charged appropriately for my 5 night stay.

Additionally, I was charged a random sum of just over 600USD sometime during my stay. This was not acccompanied by any invoice. I was not aware of this until after I checked out. 1) I called the hotel 4 times (internationally) and spoke to someone each time who was 'helpful' and reassured me the finance dept would call me back (they did not).

2) I wrote to the centre OMNI hotel guest relations team twice. Got a reply after 10 days the first time around telling me the hotel would contact me within 48 hours. A week later, I have had to contact them again. I've copied the parts of my bank statement which illustrate the problem.

Im getting very frustrated.I havent even gotten to speak to anyone who understands what my actual problem is.
